Dan Clark joined Sitings Realty in 2001 as a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics.
Over the past nine years Dan has worked with a number of national and international tenants in their site selection process across Western Canada, Ontario and the Maritimes including Nike, Blockbuster, Coast Wholesale Appliances, David's Bridal, XS Cargo, Dollar Giant, Extreme Brands, Ricky's Restaurants and Fatburger.
In addition, Dan has been the exclusive listing agent on a number of high profile Shopping Centre, Mixed use and Transportation Oriented Developments, including Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, Lynn Valley Shopping Centre, Millstream Village Shopping Centre, Nordel Crossing Shopping Centre, Northgate Village, Metropolitan Towers, Century, New Westminster Station, Garibaldi Village, and Wesbrook Village.
Combining tenant representation and project leasing Dan has leased more than 1,800,000 sf of retail space.
